Conference on Work of The First Quarter in 2012 Fiscal-Year for Shanning Area

On July 1st, the conference on work of the first quarter in 2012 fiscal-year for Shanning Area was held at Yinchuan city.
The slogan with the subject of the conference as "Intensifying management performance, adhering to strategy of academic promotion" was hung on the stage of the conference room in the hotel, suggesting that the discussions in the conference would focus on "intensifying management performance, adhering to strategy of academic promotion, strengthening re-education with academic knowledge, correcting daily management behaviour".
On June 30th, the directors of local offices together with selective representatives of MRs arrived in the hotel. The conference opened at the next day, where, at first, each director of every local office made review for the work of first quarter of 2012 fiscal-year, and the area manager, Mr. Wu Zhiheng gave his evaluations to the work of each local offices. Then, commercial manager and product manager answered the questions from individual offices related to different problems in their work. Product manager, Mr. Zhang dong made a systemic review for academic promotion work of the area, and delivered interpretation for the program of academic work in the coming second quarter of 2012 fiscal year. Following the agenda of the conference made by the area, tests of product knowledge for the MRs and directors of local offices were conducted as well as the contest of ppt presentation for MRs and local office directors.
Regional manager Mr. Qu Junfang, financial manager Ms Hu Peijun and administration manager Ms Li Hongmei were also present at the conference.
